PHYSIOTHERAPY RATES

 DURATION COST

  • 60 minute Initial assessment $130

  • 30 minute follow-up appointment $90

  • 45 minute follow-up appointment $115

  • Initial ICBC Assessment $0 - covered by ICBC (with approval)

  • Shockwave $ 15 surcharge

    • **Not all PT's are accepting ICBC, please inquire with your therapist

INITIAL APPOINTMENTS

  • Require a 60 minute appointment which includes an interview, assessment, treatment, and home exercise program as appropriate.

  • Please wear appropriate clothing for exercise/mobility. Bring/wear appropriate footwear.

  • Please bring any imaging (MRI, X-Ray, CT, Ultrasound) & Doctor referrals (not required for appointment).

  • ICBC Clients please provide claim number, and adjuster information prior to appointment.

  • Please fill out intake form prior to appointment. This will be emailed to you at time of booking.

FOLLOW UP APPOINTMENTS

  • 30-45 min as needed

  • Include reassessment, treatment, exercise program progression as appropriate

PAYMENT

  • Credit Card, E-transfer, or Cash (exact change) at beginning of appointment

  • Direct billing available for a majority of insurance companies

  • Receipt will be emailed to client within a timely manner after your appointment

CANCELLATIONS

  • We require 24 hours for cancellations. Please do your best to respect this so that we may book in other clients on our waitlists.

  • Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice and no shows will be charged the full fee of appointment fee. Third party insurers (ICBC, Private Insurance, etc.) do not pay cancellation or no show fees.

  • Unfortunately, we do not accept WCB clients
